More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development plans for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the photographs.

Additionally featured in this new document disclosure appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up plans to transform the substantial island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.

Marked on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, noted on the lower right-hand corner.

This development map is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend detailing distinct sections of the property.

Alongside this are what appear to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the continuing oversight release.
